Douglas County Administrative Hearing Panel Public Hearing A virtual meeting of the Administrative Hearing Panel will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Douglas County is actively monitoring and managing the COVID-19 level of risk in our community and continues to take steps to comply with Governor Sisolak's Declaration of Emergency and Emergency Directives. It is the Douglas County's goal to allow anyone who wishes to participate in a public meeting in person to do so. However, if the Governor's Emergency Directives prevent members of the public from participating in-person at any public meeting, the public will be able to participate in the meeting by joining Zoom. Public comment will be accepted prior to the Administrative Hearing Panel meeting by calling 775-782-9012 or emailing Email Me. up to 4:00 pm the day before the meeting. If you would like to attend the Zoom meeting, please request meeting access information to the number and/or email above. If the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, the meeting will be held at the Minden Inn, 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Minden, Nevada, beginning at 2:00 p.m. In person public comment will be permitted based on the meeting location's physical capacity to allow for social distancing and in compliance with the Governor's current Emergency Directives. County staff will monitor and regulate the room capacity during the meeting. Citizens that wish to provide public comment during the meeting may have to wait in line outside of the meeting location before gaining entry into the meeting location.
