On 7/2/2020, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following ordinance: ORDINANCE: 2020-1572 TITLE: Ordinance 2020-1572, a request for Zoning Map Amendment to change the zoning from SFR-2 (Single Family residential, 2 acre minimum lot size) to SFR-1 (Single Family Residential, 1 acre minimum lot size) for approximately 3.01 acres. The subject property is located at 1135 Centerville Lane, at the northeast corner of Centerville Lane and Pleasantview Drive in the Gardnerville Ranchos Community Plan Area. The applicant is Jim Prosser, Trustee of the Joyce A. Cancilla Trust (APN 1220-08-802-015). SUMMARY: Ordinance Number 2020-1572, an ordinance for a Zoning Map Amendment (ref. DP 20-0086) filed by Jim Prosser on behalf of the Joyce A. Cancilla Trust, would change the zoning from SFR-2 (Single Family residential, 2 acre minimum lot size) to SFR-1 (Single Family Residential, 1 acre minimum lot size) for approximately 3.01 acres.
