NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the date and time indicated below to receive and consider the statements of all persons who wish to be heard relative to this application. Anderson & Kathleen H. Dunbar AGENT: SCO Planning & Engineering, Inc. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting an additional 1-year Time Extension to the previously approved Tentative Map and previously approved 1-year Time Extension to subdivide an existing 20-acre parcel into three new ±7.5-acre parcels with building envelopes on slopes greater than 20 percent. In order to comply with zoning and density allowances (one dwelling unit per 7.5 acres), a minor lot line adjustment with the adjacent/northwestern, vacant, 15.71-acre parcel will be required so that the three proposed parcels are a minimum of 7.5 acres each. The previously approved Tentative Map was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17, 2017 under Resolution 2017-17 (Application 2017-00000100), and the previous 1-year Time Extension was approved by the Planning Commission on January 21, 2020 under Resolution 2020-01 (Application 2019-00000149). If this Time Extension is approved, the Tentative Map approval would be extended to October 30, 2021. The property will be served by public sewer and water. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Staff has determined the project to be exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
