NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the date and time indicated below to receive and consider the statements of all persons who wish to be heard relative to this application. PROJECTNAME: Smith Certificate of Compliance APPLICATION #: 2020-00000013/COC (Certificate of Compliance) PROJECT LOCATION: 13035 Glenshire Drive (APN 049-330-001-000) OWNER/APPLICANT: Jim Smith PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Planning Division has received an application requesting issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to recognize APN 049-330-001-000 as a legal parcel in accordance with Section 66499.35 of the California Subdivision Map Act. The 3.48-acre parcel is located on the south side of Glenshire Drive, approximately 0.45-mile east of the Glenshire Drive/Highland Avenue intersection.Town Survey or has determined that APN049-330-001-000 is not a legal lot according to the Subdivision Map Act due to the fact that the property was first conveyed, in the current configuration, after March 4, 1972,the start date when propertysplits are subject to the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act ENVIRONM ENTAL STATUS: Staff has determined the project to be exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
