Consideration of an amendment to a Development Agreement by and between City of South Lake Tahoe and Perfect Union SLT, LLC Section 3.5, Development Timing, to extend the timing for being open for business by 12 additional months. 2227 James Ave. #5, File #20-206. Summary: The City and Perfect Union entered into a Development Agreement (February 13, 2020) for the development and operation of a cannabis microbusiness at 2227 James Ave. #5. Development Agreement Section 3.5 states that the Developer must have obtained all Subsequent Approvals and be open for business within one (1) year of the Effective Date of the Agreement.
